This story tells us something about LOVE & LIFE...

My husband is S/W Engineer by profession, I love him for his steady nature and I love the warm feeling when I lean against his broad shoulders.
Two years of courtship and now, five years into marriage, I would have to admit, that I am getting tired of it.
The reasons of me loving him before, has now transformed into the cause of all my restlessness.
I am a sentimental woman and extremely sensitive when it comes to a relationship and my feelings.
I yearn for the romantic moments, like a little girl yearning for candy.
My husband is my complete opposite; his lack of sensitivity, and the inability of bringing romantic moments into our marriage has disheartened me about LOVE.

One day, I finally decided to tell him my decision, that I wanted a divorce.
"Why? " he asked, shocked.
"I am tired. There are no reasons for everything in the world !" I answered.
He kept silent the whole night, seemingly in deep thought.
My feeling of disappointment only increased.
Here was a man who was not able to even express his predicament, so what else could I expect from him?
And finally he asked me: "What can I do to change your mind?"Somebody said it right... It's hard to change a person's personality, and I guess, I have started losing faith in him.

Looking deep into his eyes I slowly answered: "Here is the question. If you can answer and convince my heart, I will change my mind.
Let's say, I want a flower located on the face of a mountain cliff, and we both are sure that picking the flower will cause your death. Will you do it for me?"He said: " I will give you your answer tomorrow...."
My hopes just sank by listening to his response.
I woke up the next morning to find him gone, and saw a piece of paper with his scratchy handwriting underneath a milk glass, on the dining table near the front door, that goes....
My dear, "I would not pick that flower for you, but....please allow me to explain the reasons further..... This first line was already breaking my heart.
I continued reading. "When you use the computer you always mess up the Software programs, and you cry in front of the screen.
I have to save my fingers so that I can help to restore the programs.
You always leave the house keys behind, thus I have to save my legs to rush home to open the door for you.
You love traveling but always lose your way in a new city.
I have to save my eyes to show you the way. You always have the cramps whenever your "good friend" approaches every month.
I have to save my palms so that I can calm the cramps in your tummy.
You like to stay indoors, and I worry that you will be infected by infantile autism.
I have to save my mouth to tell you jokes and stories to cure your boredom.
You always stare at the computer, and that will do nothing good for your eyes.
I have to save my eyes so that when we grow old, I can help to clip your nails and help to remove those annoying white hairs.
So I can also hold your hand while strolling down the beach, as you enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful sand...and tell you the colour of flowers, just like the colour of the glow on your young face...
Thus, my dear, unless I am sure that there is someone who loves you more than I do... I could not pick that flower yet, and die ...

" My tears fell on the letter, and blurred the ink of his handwriting... And as I continue on reading... "Now, that you have finished reading my answer, and if you are satisfied, please open the front door for I am standing outside bringing your favorite bread and fresh milk...
I rushed to pull open the door, and saw his anxious face, clutching tightly with his hands, the milk bottle and loaf of bread....

Now I am very sure that no one will ever love me as much as he does, and I have decided to leave the flower alone...
That's LIFE, and LOVE. When one is surrounded by love, the feeling of excitement fades away, and one tends to ignore the true love that lies in between the peace and dullness.

Love shows up in all forms; even in very small and cheeky forms. It has never been a model. It could be the dullest and most boring form ...
Flowers, and romantic moments are only used and appear on the surface of the relationship. Under all this, the pillar of true love stands... AND THAT'S LIFE--------------------------------

This is love and life. For those still living in your airy-fairy land, here's a slap *PIACK* to send you back down to reality. Nowadays (from what my rather large satellite dish has gathered) people (the especially susceptible ones being girls) are intoxicated with ridiculous dramas and ideas that love must be over the top and extravagant.
So much so that sometimes they expect so much from everything, that they miss out on the true type of happiness that comes to us in our daily lives.

Love is around you. If you don't take the time to find that love and hope hopelessly for perfect love, you will realise one day that it'll all just pass you by.

And to me, be it kinship, friendships or relationships....
to be loveless is the worst form of torture that any

person can suffer.
So please, wake up.

Church Adventurer @ Pulau Ubin 2009...entering Chek Jawa

Went to Pulau Ubin with my churchmates on sat 4 Apri 2009. This are some of the pictures & video that we took during on our journey. Many enjoyable as well as toturing moments that had been happening during this adventure. Still, its kinda adventurous, exciting, tiring, unpredictable,etc. Sorry, too many liaos...haha=)

We saperated into 3 groups to go on for an adventure. My team was great as they finished finding the location first. Met many friends on adventure as the rain started pouring down from sky. Took many pics with them and headed on to our mission to mamam campsite.

Went Chek Jawa and found out that the redfish was taking video on us.LOLs... Hope all of u enjoy the video.

Hello!!!

Woke up this morning @ 11 am-.-''' and have my breakfast after wash up...found out that yesterday & today add up I had slept for more than 12 hours...sign...haha..lol

Reading a book called "Happiness Now" written by Andrew Matthews, while I was having my breakfast....

My first sight when i opened the book was on Success Strategies---What to do now...

Its sub title says...Focus on What You Want.

This is the story... You are about to make a speech in front of two hundred people. And you tell urself, don't be nervous!Don forget ur lines! Don embarrass urself! Than u get on stage and wad happeneds??? You screw it up!

Why does this happen when u told urself NOT to be an idiot? Its's because of the way our minds work. Ur mind operates on pictures.To do anything u need a picture. To touch ur nose, u need a picture in ur mind of ur finger on ur nose. With this correct picture, ur subconscious mind can tell the muscles to do it.

To give a confident speech, u need a picture in ur head of u giving a confident speech before u even stand up. Only then can ur mind instruct ur body to act it out.

U cannot U cannot give ur mind a message Not to do something. Ur subconscious mind must have a picture of WHAT U WANT.

So if u tell urself,"Don't be nervous!" u automatically fill ur subconscious mind with pictures ofu shaking and stammering and thus that becomes ur performance! Its the law of the mind.

" Positive thinkers have the habit of picturing what they want,not wad the FEAR!" What u think is wad u get.

Jia you to all those who are in exams period...I hope my this RANDOM post can help u. Hehe...=)

Yeah!!!It the end of my attachment for this three weeks le!!! Haha...
Learnt alot of staff in the ward and met alot of funny, cute cute de, emo de, caring de, strict strict de, hyper & hypo de...lol=)
I love every single moments with my fellow sisters and brothers in the ward and the way we communcate with each other... Love every patients who gave me and themselves a hope to go on in their life...Don really know how to describe my feelings towards the whole entire attachment... Feeling happy when I finally can finish my attachment but somehow feel like wanting to stay longer with my fellow patients and friends in the ward.

Lets talk about today ba...
Early in the morning, as usual, I prepared the milk feeds to give for my patient bed number 63, Mr tay...prepared everything and found out that he had discharge yesterday afternoon. My mood was like happy...as well as disappointed. Hmm...

Talk to patient bed 66,Mr Goh, about things that we see and feel about the atmostphere of the room...gave him a shower bath and feed him breakfast after the blood test. Hmm, to me, he isn't just a patient to me, but he is also a good friends of mine. He taught me about some experience which I could never find it in my book, also, giving me headach during my attachment...

Next,talk about my CI...Her name is Amy...
She is a cute,pretty,intelligent,caring and a lovely teacher. Although I had done many mistakes during NG-tube feeding,still,she continued to teach us ways to get it done correctly. She taught me to treat every patient's life with care and concern, observation skills, critical reaction thinking and discover many things that I ever think before.To her, I must really say a big Thank You!!!

To my fellow staff nurses & friends...
wanted to say a big thank you for helping and being calm although I does have a lot of uncertainties and self-highness...haha..lol

Last but not least, to Gloria and Xin Yin...
Thanks for making my attachment's life feel so lively,meaningful and enjoyable man!!!haha...Especially the HARE...haha...like to swan me ar...lol

Hello!

Woke up @ 5 am today in the morning to prepare for my morning attachment. Reached at Novena MRT station @ 6 .35 am and I could already see two idiots standing @ the side waiting for me liaos. They were incredible early sia...haha=)

Reached the ward @ around 6.45 am and I can see sister's aura licking out during pass-ing of reports...-.-'''lol.

Did 3 times trolley bath for patients today and many funny experience happened in between the bathing proccess. Went to have my break @ around 11.30 am coz of waiting for a slow totise to finish her work. Haha-.-'''LOL

Went to foodcourt to eat and just when @ that point when we are talking about our sister, she suddenly pop up @ the table just besides us with her college.We are like WOW!!!haha=)

Went back to ward to have meeting with Sister Amy about how to use and operate an oxygen tank and restraining. Stay back for a while to do case study of a patient which is needed to hand in on this Wednesday.

Last but not least, went to foodcourt with Gloria and Gracia and chat about things happening in the ward and some LAME but FUNNY staff. Manage to cheer Gracia up. Thats the power of friends.haha=)

Went back home with Gloria and slept along the way in train.lol...haha-.-'''

Went to school for tutorial & lecture @ around 9 am early in the morning...Thank you En Ling for the birthday present that u gave to me...I am really surprise!hehe=)

During this point in time, I am very shock and sudden as 2 pieces of cakes & candles appeared in front of my eyes! A surprise!!!WOW! I couldn use any words to describe that kind of feeling...

For the group presentation, I think we didn do very well for the speech & slides...but still,its a wonderful presentation.Keep it up!=)

After school,went to the PHS's hall to look out for my fellow Choir peers! They are performing with the band members @TP! I can see that they were training very hard as they will need to sing louder than the instruments that the band play. Thats a good way to boost their confidence...so Jia you everyone!

Played some basket ball before setting off to Woodlands to meet Hui Ling & Lim Han for dinner with my choir peers...

Went to Soul garden to have our dinner. Ordered a lot of food while we were chatting away.

Played some games like true or dare during that period of time...Ate a lot of Er Xin kind of food that Jonathan & Yan Chen had made...lol. Making a lot of noise which made the manager came to inform us.-.-lol

Went home with stomach filled with food, happiness, presents & lovable letters...

Shop for a little while & went to country club to play bowling but too bad,its fully booked.=(

@ night celebrate my early birthday with my family @ home...home is where the hearts belongs.The cake was bought by my lovely father which has plenty of chocolate on it...wow!Too bad didn took the picture before i eat...But guess u can imagine how yammy it is...sob sob....

Received presents from my mum & Anita(Wallet,T-shirt& a lovely letter).Well it was a great surprise!!!I love it!hehe.

Received a present from my same room for 8 years eldest sister,Xiao yan(Top up green card).No need to top up myself for 1 month loh!!!wow!

Well,last but not least...my lovely second sister,Ester...wonder what she will give...hmm...she said she will review it till 12 am 27may2008...Getting excited liaos...still counting down.

Hmm....Having a bay day today...Failed my Bio-test & and being moody on the whole entire day...well.what can I say...-.-

Woke up in the morning with a nice lovely voice from Miss Audrey about the meeting today...
Rush to school to show her our group's powerpoint slide.Basically,ours is getting better...lol...
After meeting,went to libary to study Bio...Saw Han Lei finding a book which she saw yesterday...
Went to lecture than Bio test...Found out that I don really know most of the question that they were asking...lol
Discovered the result after my class went to libary together...I failed my test.Lets face the fact,no use crying over the split milk...Be more optimistic...

At aroud 2pm,went to LTK-1 to attend Arron's lecture...heard that its his last 2 weeks for him to be lucturing us...mood starts to get even worse...time flies truely faster than I thought-.-
Lecture time & he talked about concepts of Pain...& yes...I am having PSYCHOGENIC pain!!!
Glad I can still remembering it...lol
Zip zip zip throughout his whole entire lecture...was too moody & tired of everything...sorry to said that but truely speaking, his lessons were very interesting...thats why although i am closing my eyes,still I listen...was laughing in my own world sia!!!lol
Tutorial in lucture was amazing...coz of early realese of the lecture...
Did some project discussion after tutorial...

Well,just came home from school as today's elective lesson is on E-learning....zzz-.-

Woke up at 7 am this morning as I couldn get into sleep...Still thinking about the project as the dead line is almost here...in actual fact,its here-.-

Walked out of my house when I finally knew that I didn do my bio homework...zzz
Met Yi Jun & Fabian @yck mrt station...

First lesson,tutorial...zzz
Was sleeping all the way through out...tired -.-
I missed those days when I was being punished by teachers for sleeping in class...so miss that moment...lol....Am I crazy???
Went to lecture & guess wad...I slept again...Luckily only 1 hour but actual is 2hrs.

Went out after lecture to have some mini discussion about our group project...
Well,I was tired & didn really notice what they really trying to say.
Sandra seems to avoid me today...in fact everyone seems to be...or is it my imagination?
Hmm...look on the bright side,maybe i think too much or i am just being paranoid...
went to have lunch @ south canteen with my friends...To me,they all really seems to be wired today.Home sweet home with no discussion for elective projects...

Around 2.30 pm...I went out to AMK hub with Keith to have lunch together.Eventually,he was late & we met each other at Yishun-.-

Went to foodcourt to find a space but after which we found out that our sits were taken up after we bought our food-.-

Hmm...found another place to sit & we both chat about BG relationships.

At around 4.30 pm...I went back to my house to get my rackets & to play badminton @ Khatib with my uncle...Those match were great!!!

At 7.30 pm,I came back home to have my dinner & bath...Played dota for a while & went to meet Jia Yin @ her house under her block...waited for such a long time & her cake finally came...the icecream cake was almost melted...luckily i am a fast eater in such a situation sia...lol

Went to playground for a while with Jia Yin when she was injured with her leg on the way...

Well,our hard work paid off...we finally came to the place with beautiful sceneries...

Went home @ about 12 am with my body filled with sand...zzz-.-

At this point in time....
I am having a Critical thinking.....

Today was an unsuccessful day....
In the way that I couldn't communicate with my team members on deciding who to do what...
I was very confuse & have some kinds of negative though in my mind...Can I really do it?
Hmm...At last i finally came to a conclusion...
As long as we are walking together & never give up,we will do it!
So perserver is the key to unlock the door of success!!!
